autotelic activities produce flow.... activities that are the end in itself

I did not know greeks were so immersive in their lives. The only way you could do something all your life when the activity and you become one. This same statement could be said in simple terms - when the activity is the end ... you getting to choose how you would spend this moment .. with this activity....... or the journey is the reward.

I could ask every time I do something - is this autotelic or not. If it would not be then I should not be spending even a single second doing it.

What we have is time- there can not be a higher gift than being able to give your time to something that will define you existence. Something that could not be separated from your existence.


applying knowledge and acquiring knowledge is autotelic


After years fo painful dragging and confusion , I have found a simple method that helps me in making my brain better every day

1) make a list of everything
2) put power law test
3) build mind maps simple
4) repeat.....
