I will let my brain pour out anything it wants to take out.

Go ahead beta, it is your time.

Now is your time, head down and keep fighting for where you want to go.
I can relax after every milestone, but I need to keep walking. I have a mission, and I have to get to that point.

If I would get everything in life, but not get to live my dream - I would consider it a waste.

I have put everything at stake for the one thing I love the most in life, that one thing is simply to be present in life of every indivual on the planet and provide utility through my deeds.

The only way I can be where I want to be if everyone wants what I have built.

This goal largely get fulfilled by helping them in these two buckets
1) Help them be more efficient and productive (OKR technique)
2) Help them make more money. (Teaching them that it is all about helping as many people as possible )


People pay for Utility - becomes my mantra.

They will not pay you because they like you, they will not pay you because they know you, they will not pay you because you tricked them into paying you - the only reason for them to pay you happily and consistently is by being of Utility to them and their goals.

I am a hard worker

make that neural path strong by repeating those connection

I want it to be truth by believing it to be true

The most important thing in for satisfied life is work.

If you derive a sense of satisfaction from your work, let me tell you something special - nobody is happier that you.

I love what I do for multiple reasons.

It has been the biggest reason for my failres in all my past ventures.
I realised that me not reaching people with my message let to them not knowing, led to them not buying my shit, hence failure.

A couple of months back, I was fortunate to be part of shashank agarwal team ( my friend from college). I chose to work in marketing related thing. I did not ask, I just knew that it must be solved.
I was able to get 50% more customers within 2 months of trying.

Suddenly, I realised that I have a gift. Due to my depression phase in late teens, I had been reading a lot of psychology and neuroscience and behavioral economics.

Along with it, my habit of not letting things go easily. If I have begun the journey, I need to go to the end of it which in businees means knowning how to make money and then actually making money.
I was having a simple discussion with my friend and my brain deeply connect multiple abstractions to give a real answers for the biggest question of my life, till then.
 When people give money to you?
What are the conditions in which people are comfortable paying you happily?
the answers is simple - People pay for Utility.

Plus, being engineer my brain loved models and finding meaning.

Finally, my dream to do something big.

If you add these reasons, you will find a cocktail for impacting every life on earth.

Now, I can talk about current scenario - I have got 10 international customers, all of the are paying me because I am helping them make money through my understanding of marketing.

In business, getting your first few customers to pay is the hardest thing in the busines cycle. But, to be honest - it has been a breeze in comparison to my past experiences.

0-10 - the hardest, normaly - has been the easiest for me
10 - 1 billion - let us see .... yet to experience


I believe I should keep doing what  I am doing and keep building my team for having bigger impact on humanity till the time I could say with data that my team impacts every life on the planet by being present in thier life through the super computer in their pocket.

That is the mission- I dont now the timeline for it.
I think if work strategically, I could do it by 31st 2020 ( don’t know, but that is the journey)

Journey is the reward.

Shit is going to be super hard 

Technology is a good thing but only in the service of people

Technology for technology sake is not going to be sustainable for the long term.

It has to be in the service of other human so that more people could benefit from its existence and let the technology grow.

There has to be a feedback cycle - ohhh, we have one -its called THE MARKET.

( I failed at 6 startup - and everytime the core reason was marketing, my CAC was higher than LTV of the customer)


I consider myself reasonably intelligent and I failed at it for so many times.

I could easily extrapolate that most of the business would fail for similar reason.

granularity of the planning is taken care by OKR, increase efficiency.
