Helping 10 companies reach 1 billion dollar revenue.... is a tough experience...but I can tell that each time you get 1 company set for creating that outcome.... the activity required to stay on the curve to a billion-dollar revenue decreases exponentially over time.....
In simpler terms - getting to the top of the mountain is hard, but staying there is easy in our business.
Hence I am confident, that we could make money in the long run with our strategy and create a long-lasting happy company to work with for the team members.
All we need to track and control are the variables are pointing in the right direction while achieving our numbers on a quarterly basis.
The only way I am going to give you Bigger customer, when I see you are creating certainty in the work given everytime , forever….so that I trust you work and build leverage for my time……
bigger customer , bigger company payout , bigger team member compensation
discuss leverage with team…… you do your work and then some more so that you will create certainty and make money for themselves…..
I want people who are proactive..… in the long run wahi rahenge jo pro-active hoke certainty create karenge

I am getting this sense of deep urge to self-express and put my thoughts here.

Humans are weird, we normalise things very quickly.
We are managing wakefit brand ( aprrox 500 Cr) company, and within three weeks the elation of managing a big customer subsided and now it feels just like any other customer that we manage.
Though, wakefit is 10 times bigger than all companies combined.
I had learnt in the book " the power of habit" - that humans can very quickly adjust to new realities and keep adjusting to new realities.
Now, followin powerlaw, I only want to work for 1000 crore companies and nothing smaller than that.
I am not so sure why/how will these companies will accept outside help.
I truly need to show how disruptive and distinct we are from all our competitors.
Everyone who is serious about amazon business needs our software to manage their sales.

I have thought over it.
I should search for the person who has demonstrated multiple times in her life that she follows powerlaw.
nothing else matters - looks, education, caste, rich/poor... fuck everything ... it does not matter.
I should go with my gut and base my decision on this one variable.
If you keep following powerlaw, you keep improving over time in whatever you are doing.
Keep those people who are following powerlaw without your persistent push for the same.
It is tough to follow powerlaw in daily life.
The world is powerlawed.
The problem is, that it takes mental effort to see it and then practice it.
It is easy to follow normal distribution and fall under 2 sigma of the average.... it is much harder to be a 3,4, 5 sigma value creator.
It requires effort to prioritize and put the effort in the right direction to achieve your goal. It is easy to have a random walk and have zero displacement as a result.
If you want to move in a direction then you need to prioritize and decide to keep moving even in the face of difficulty. Keep moving... even if you are taking baby steps in the right direction.
I have seen myself not being able to practice powerlaw. As if, the brain dopamine cycle working against my goal, it chooses to not let me follow powerlaw.
I have this realization every couple of days and then I have a talk in front of the mirror where I ponder deep into myself and accept the reality that I am not following, for whatever reason, the powerlaw.
That I am letting cheap dopamine win and get stuck in it, instead of being deliberate and work.
To be honest, post dopamine cycle I do get to see my weakness.
Time is more valuable in life than any asset and amount of money in life. I have to be extremely vigilant, almost criminally vigilant about my time.
The curse of birth in a lower middle class is that a lot of these truths about life are learned in our late 20s or early 30s.
Don't get me wrong, I am super happy to be born in my family where I was allowed to experiment with my time.
But I did realize I had nobody to guide me. I have burnt my hands more times than I wish to remember. I have deep scars and wounds from my past experience But all of those have made me a stronger person.
Everything is training.
The mantra has helped me recover every time I failed in my life.
Wherever amazon is present, we should have 100 customers in each country.
Till we haven't achieved it... we can not stop.
The goal for 2022 is 100 customers ( doing an additional 1 lakh with us) in India before 31st, 2022.

I am residing in rented accommodation.
The value of the house is 5000000, I have been paying 10,000 for the last 6 years.
There are many customers in my company who pay us near about 10000 per month.
I think I should rewire my understanding and give them importance equivalent to an asset that is worth 50 lacs.
I think I should drill this down to everyone on the team..... so that they could see the value of each customer.
I hate those people or things as well because of which uncertainty is increased in my life.
There is nothing more destructive in my life than my brain trying to fight uncertainty.
If I have worked hard to create certainty in a particular endeavor and we have gained some certainty as well, if there will be uncertainty due to people or system - I just can't accept it.
It is better to remove the person or entity from your surrounding than to try to inculcate the certainty habit in it.
