Mediocre talent symptoms

  • Not knowing the details for what you are responsible
  • bring great people - better at working with high level talent
  • ownership - this is your company
  • strong separation between work and free time - is a bad sign usually
  • complete lack of curiosity - self defined boundaries
  • terrible at taking help
  • not good at taking feedback
  • taking things personally

TRM - How often you need to have meetings depends on your subordinates Task relevant maturity

inexperience ( CSM) - as many times as needed per week

trained (TL)- once per week

Experienced (BH)- once every two weeks

Leader (CH) - Once per month


This is the only way for me to run global operations.

Conditioning for monopoly is my duty
