Can you make 10 lakh per day on Amazon selling trimmers?
Total market size
market size by pricing
number of tentative units in each price bracket
marketing strategy
Month 1- testing , title , keyword ,pricing , competition tracking, strategy validation, minimum stock, variation 1-2 product, not profitable
month 2 - slow ramp up , stock planning , strategy proof, indexing tracking, competition tracking, results growth , break-even
month 3 - Full ramp up in marketing spend, stock planning for next 3 months, ramp up push, track indexing, competition tracking, get 4-5 products in variation , small profit month
month 4 - work on profitability, optimise stock accross entire country, optimise spending, maintain product quality and ratings, keep customers happy,
month 5 - consistent 10% profit optimization, supplier price negotiation for higher margin, Repeat purchase loyalty coupon in every order, stock planning, indexed in top 3 position for top keyword

I have observed this weird behavior pattern-
The conclusion is simple - I do not read until the reading is needed to solve a larger problem that I am trying to solve
Reading is not natural to me.
My brain hates it and I have to put a lot of deliberation into reading stuff.
The same brain becomes laser-focused and forces me to read anything that is needed to solve the problem.
By deduction, I have to very carefully choose the type of problems that I want to solve.
for eg- if the problem is as follows:
reaching 1 cr per month revenue
reaching 10 cr per month revenue
reaching 100 cr per month revenue
reaching 1000 cr per month revenue
Each of these stages will require me to think differently and solve the problem differently - consequently, forcing me to read different books to wrap my head around the problem.
sales- address to their self interes
powerlaw - do the most important thing
immersion - learn by getting in the environment
We would like to have percentage ownership in future companies. How to design it so that our partner companies will like, it is yet to be designed.
The direction is clear to a very large extent.
You take gigantic risks, and you make gigantic rewards.
Help companies grow on amazon by being their shareholding partner in the company.
1 where we charge 3% flat fees for our service
2 where we charge 2% flat fees for our service and x % stake in the company
over time we need to maximise our shareholding in different companies that we are helping to grow. We will only fulfill our desired goal of being the best operator in the history of humanity through the 2nd option as it will lead to some sort of ownership in the company in the long.
The higher the risk, the higher the reward.
Category 1 companies are largely for learning and cash-making purposes - the relationship is purely transactional in nature
Category 2 companies are for making an empire in the long run and making a world-dominating operating entity - This is why I chose the path of entrepreneurship.
I want to operate in 19 marketplaces, this is the challenge that excites me and makes me work every day.
I don't even know, I have the skills and hard work to make it happen - but this is what I am breathing every day.
There are tough days
there are boring days
there are mind fucking days
But after all that - I keep saying everything is training.
Keep moving towards the goal.
You are lucky, you have a clear goal and something to derive meaning from - keep learning, keep doing.
Create certainty
This seems an interesting point - I should dig deeper and derive some conclusions on it
