The only thing I have is Self-control

I would like to find a girl who would love me for my self-control.

Ever since I was a child, I have been told by society that I am not good enough. I have been lacking in some or the other plane. Sometimes it was intellectual, financial, physical appearance, oratory skills, problem-solving skills etc...

In my childhood, I had actually thought about it thoroughly and came to the conclusion - that almost all other things were not directly in my control but I could control how much self-control I could exercise in my life. I could cultivate self-control and over time become powerful on each of the planes.

Self-control has been the biggest factor in my ability to make tough decisions in the past. I could make the right decision, in the given context, even though all my friends and well-wishers could not agree/understand my decision at that point but over time they understood.

I use self-control to create certainty by following powerlaw and extreme hard work.

Keep smiling

The Negative Pyramid Design

Creating a company is like creating an upside-down pyramid while holding the pyramid so that it remains tilted in the right direction i.e. straight.

The first layer - Founders

The first core begins with the founders and the initial team members. They are exposed to the raw problem and have chosen to devote their life to solving that particular problem. They are making the most leveraged decision in the whole game, but they are paying the most cost as well. They are knowingly saying No to a lot of other problems/distractions to focus their most valuable asset i.e time on the planet - on this problem.

The second layer - Early believers

These are people who are early believers in the dream. These people might not be the most intelligent of the lot but through some conspiracy of the universe - have landed in the vicinity of the founders and have been politely sold/sucked into the problem. They are going to be the decision-makers in the long run. They are almost equally powerful and knowledgeable as the founders. These people put their belief in the dream and start sweating with almost no reward in sight...... Every mission needs such dedicated souls to make dreams into reality

The third layer - Calculators

These are logical people, who have done the calculation and decided that the effort-to-reward ratio is somewhat balanced... at least good enough for them to give it a try. This layer will only form if you have the repeatable profitable unit in place.

The fourth layer - Rocketship passengers

These people know what the general public is not aware of, The world is about to change. It will take a few years for the world to realize it but these people have seen the Hero's journey of the organization and are convinced that they would want to be part of the Rocketship.

The fifth layer - The entire world

By the time an organization has reached this phase, the world has sort of accepted that we are in the New World Order. Marketing firms, PR agencies, Private equity firms, and everyone who has ever had a dime and what to get a 12-18 % return on it, will love to support this organization.

These layers are not exhaustive - this is a metal framework for understanding the Entrepreneurial journey.

Hope it is useful

Stick to the business plan for the growth of business, if you want to invest then do it in personal capacity

Try to avoid the equity partnership model ... till we reach 100 people in 14 market places.

One variable to base my hiring decision in the future - Seriousness, thank you everything is training

I let go of a person from my team

It was my mistake - I have learned that there is only 1 variable that is important for performing well in our organisation and that is Seriousness for the work.

"The Art of Falling in Love with a Person's Habits"

Love is a multifaceted and mysterious emotion. It has the power to transcend boundaries, defy logic, and ignite our souls in unexpected ways. While we often associate love with romantic gestures and passionate moments, there's another facet of love that's equally captivating - falling in love with someone's habits. These are the everyday quirks and routines that, when observed closely, reveal the true essence of a person. In this article, we explore the art of falling in love with a person's habits and how it can deepen our connections and enrich our lives.

1. The Beauty in the Mundane:

It's often said that love is in the details, and nowhere is this truer than when it comes to appreciating someone's habits. From the way they sip their morning coffee to their nightly ritual of reading a book, these seemingly ordinary actions can become extraordinary when seen through the lens of love. It's in these moments that we get to know a person on a deeper level and discover the nuances of their character.

2. Finding Comfort in Consistency:

Habits provide a sense of stability and comfort in our lives. When we fall in love with someone's habits, we are embracing the consistency and predictability they offer. It's the assurance of knowing that they'll always be there to share a meal or take an evening stroll, creating a sense of security and trust in the relationship.

3. Uncovering Their Passions:

Habits can be windows into a person's passions and interests. Perhaps your partner has a habit of tending to their garden every weekend, revealing their love for nature and nurturing. Or maybe they dedicate time to a creative hobby, like painting or writing, giving you a glimpse into their inner world. Falling in love with these habits means embracing their passions as a part of who they are.

4. Shared Rituals and Traditions:

When two people come together, they often create their own unique rituals and traditions. These habits can be a source of joy and connection, strengthening the bond between them. Whether it's a weekly movie night, a Sunday morning pancake breakfast, or a yearly camping trip, these shared habits become cherished memories that deepen the love between partners.

5. The Small Acts of Kindness:

Sometimes, it's the smallest habits that make the biggest impact. Acts of kindness, such as leaving sweet notes, making a favorite meal, or offering a comforting hug when needed, can melt hearts and reinforce the love between two people. Falling in love with these habits reminds us of the beauty in everyday gestures.

Conclusion:

Falling in love with a person's habits is like discovering a hidden treasure trove of affection and understanding. It's about embracing the beauty in the mundane, finding comfort in consistency, uncovering their passions, sharing rituals and traditions, and cherishing the small acts of kindness that make a relationship truly special. So, the next time you find yourself enamored with someone's habits, remember that you're not just falling in love with what they do, but with who they are at their core.
