Certainty = Powerlaw(direction of the hard work)* Hardwork 

If you are working in the wrong direction, no amount of hard work can help you succeed. Be honest to yourself and find the right direction for the hard work.

In my deduction - brands need 3 things

Funds - certainty platform

Operational excellence  - powerlaw operational chops

Marketing - In the process ....getting built

If you have funds(certainty platform), the other two can be bought

Operational excellence and marketing chops.....  You will be a dangerous cocktail for the brand. They will love to give you equity 

Make it a 100+ revenue brand.

My success was the reason for my failure

 Why powerlaw sevices business could not become big?

I was so good at scaling companies revenue on amazon..that I would 10x or 100x their sales with few months ....then lala would start thinking that amount that he is paying to powerlaw for maintaining and growing the business/sales is too high.

Gradually, he would start planning my own demise from the company.
