It's no more just a video cataloging site

It will kill instagram  and facebook

Dont react on local maxima or minima - base your decision on the basis of the long term direction of the mathematical curve

There will be local maxima and local minima on the path you have chosen.

You should paste your decision on the Global direction of the curve

Even if you are going through a long  minima... Keep  the direction of the curve in picture

That will make your decision making process simpler

data helps in evaluating exact timing of the need

if you fulfill the need at the right time, success will come to you.

Sell your brain Power

Will be a unique business

There will always be businesses who want the core problems to be solved by someone else

what if I am the one who could solve the problems better than them and charge of fixed percentage recurring fee and a one time fee for solving the problem

Anybody would only want to pay me if they are sure of the solution

So I will have to leave them at a point where both of us have a proof that the problem has been solved and it is reaping benefits

right now my biggest weaknesses are first not knowing how to market my products second not having a social network of reliable people

If yoh really want to test someone

Put their self interest at odds with yours

Result will free you from your illusions

My family- people who like to solve problems permanently

Frankly there is no point being in connection with anyone who doesn't believe in this

Life is too short to waste on stupid problems instead I should let other focus on Stupid problems and I should only focus in the most difficult problems that I could find and solve them permanently

So that means I would not be able to spend a lot of time with a lot of different type of problems ....therefore ....I can only choose a few problems in my life and solve then permanently

This thinking process  is the origin of my confidence on my actions

I had forgetn this trait about myself

I like to find permanent solution

I should have a vlog - business on wheels

I should buy a Hayabusa and travel around the country while sharing business lessons

I will have fulfilled my two passions

Teaching

Spectrum of need

we are in the business of figuring out need of other people and giving adequate solution to those needs as they change over period of time

For example
in my previous life I was selling software to clinics / hospitals.

They were not interested in my solution

they would tell me things like whatever solution I was offering them ,they could do or solve that problem via pen and pencil

in simple words they were trying to tell me that I was not solving a big need for them, but I did not understand this

Only now when I am in the business of selling b2c products that I understand people would shell money off the pocket only if they value or feel the need for the product

the more I am thinking about this thing ,.... the more this belief is getting stronger.... as I am getting more evidence that need drive society if somebody has a need for something it defines what is the amount of money they are ready to give for it

now I can tell you that my current product is a helmet that has bluetooth features and some LED lights at the back of the helmet....
When I interact with the customer I am told in clear terms that whatever I  have  created has this much value and I will not pay anything beyond this amount

so in my head I can easily map my product to a value that they perceive it to be and if my costing is more than their perceived value that they are putting on my product the business becomes a unsustainable

it's like I have started putting a filter on my thoughts the filter is of need

any thought I have any action I  want to take any product any meeting ......I have to know the value / need for that action for someone else

The moment I can quantify with high degree of certainty ......The spectrum of Need For a product or service then I can put a price for that of the product/service

The world runs on - need

Need is the basis for exchange in society. One person has a need of something and another person fulfill that need hence exchange take place and the world is the way it is
