I have observed that if I have not allotted time for a particular activity in my day, It is not going to be done.

I need to consciously allot time in my calendar.

It’s far better to accept your conditions and mould behaviour to get the best from them.

The biggest game

What if you zoom out a little , around 2 km in sky, and you could see money flow from one human entity to another.

Everytime some money transaction takes place you could record and see the value just like those casinos screens. A bright light glows with number on top of it and a loud sound chhiiiichhiinnnnngggg!!!

If you could do it for a year of so and had a computer powerful enough to make those patterns -

You will see that society is has features of a board game where people do things for others and get token in return. This token is utilised for exchanging stuff in physical world.

What if I start observing society in this manner. I think over period my intuition about which activity will lead to exchange of maximum tokens will improve.

I should particularly observe entities who are able to exchange with a lot of entities, they will be accumulate a lot of tokens in the long run.

Promise is the best form of certainty

People are mimetic

Absolute principle

Most of our actions are based on some sort of mimesis

I am willing to bet 99% or more is mimesis

No caste, no gender, no education level, no degree, no god, no barriers, no godfather, no folklore, no phd, no follow system, etc


The only thing that matters is that you are fulfilling need of other people and they are paying you for the same.

It gives you the chance to be the best in whatever way you choose to make other’s life better.
Heck, it compels you to be the best in you chosen endeavour as it will reward you even more for being the best and helping as many people with you hard work.

how can you not love it.
It gives something that is desired by every beating heart.

but morder day society requires you to prioritize of artificially created goals

that is difficult- you need to persitently give value to things, unlike survival of species which brain can value automatically, and sort them in order of artificially created importance degrees.

The only thing that is important to you is getting sales, everything else is inconsequential.

I can not do the main thing that you want from me, if you haven’t done your part.

Choosing the right customer - only growth stage customers

Only pick customers in the growth stage.


Do not pick people in the product+market fit stage.

People who have not found product-market fit are 80% in the market, they will take 80% of you time and will give you less than 20% of the revenues.

They don’t need you.

They need to cross the product market fit stage, once they have crossed it and have ventured in growth stage.

I can help these entrepreneurs only in growth stage.

Be polite and make them understand while stating that once they have crossed the product market fit stage we will be really useful.

who needs a marketing

Marketing comes in picture only after having product-marking fit.

I am working with clients who do not have product market fit and everyday they are burning money.

I need to categorize customers and tell them whether they are doing it correctly or not. I will make more money if I focus on a 100 clients wth product market fit than 1000 without it.

Before I scale up my organisation, I need to go through this phase while working with at least 100 clients.
