Re-evaluate this every 6 months

1 percent of companies have 99% of population’s money

1 percent of companies serve 99% of the population

Choose one percent companies at your current state and help then grow bigger.

Internet will let you do that. This was not possible in the history of humanity

brand - trust - sales - this is how I have automated my sales process

Pre sales or gettting customer in the pipeline for conversion takes the most resource expenditure for any organisation

In YouTube age, it is automated and scalable and dirt cheap

I am going to scan customers on the basis of my criteria
Will do a detailed analysis about all the things that is wrong with the customer
Will make a video and a blog for others to read
Will put my highlights for helping them take action - this will increase their sales
Put the video on YouTube
Repeat the entire process for another customer


This is the basic trust building exercises - by watching these videos they could decide whether they want to work with me or not

One thing i have learnt from dealing with so many people. - you need to make them do it

this is borderline dictatorial - but I have seen people not actively participating in decision making even after knowing that it will be beneficial for them.

I am programming myself to nudge them to do it.

Indicators for online retail business - measure weekly

Truths - these are true under any circumstances - go test them

2) self control - is the source of everything I do/learn/achieve
3) powerlaw - the quickest method to find utility for others

Whatever you practice is far more important than what you know

I did not know it, but most of my decisions were subconsciously moving in this direction

Fulfilling other people's  self interest is how you become useful to humanity and Rich

capitalism rewards you for being uniquely useful to others

you being uniquely useful to others in a capitalist system is extremely valuable

you need to choose how you are going to do it.

Decision based on truth 

Books are used for conditioning

If you really want the truth, you will find in the market

1) how to speak, which moves people to act
2) Execute, habit of completing things

Document these two journeys while creating value for others
