Points discussed in the Friday Team meeting

  1. Data tells the story - the beautiful part of working with Amazon is that everything gets recorded in the panel. Somebody, who has been working for a long period on the platform, can easily read the story and check the flow of activity and output.
  2. Focus on the week work and nothing else
  3. known-known category of work - we know what the problem is and we know what the solution should be if we do not get it done ..... it simply means we are lazy - and powerlaw people are not lazy
  4. Acos colour coding in daily check 
  5. Tell customers if two week rating is not given on the group and payment is delayed by 1 week  - your internal rating and compensation will get affected
  6. Asin point of view - time required for each asin daily check
  7. flow of work

    3. daily check 
    4. everyting else
  8. Acos are of two type
    1. overall acos  - we value this indicator - we share this with the customer
    2. acos on the panel - this indicator is for checking ad optimization
  9. post-sales stages of the customer/ Asin 
    1. onboarding - first week
    2. initiation - first week 
    3. growth - double sales within 60 days
    4. category leadership - post 60 days work on making category leader
