Sales ke outcome ki responsibility meri hai to , sales karne ke liye 29 input data points ko control karne ki freedom/control meri hai

 This is hardest thing for brand owners team to digest.... they feel scared of my intervention.... they do not us to succeed.


Because if we will succeed, they will lose their job

They will try to fight us, stop us, slow us..... but they will not succeed.

We have to make it super clear to the brand owner in the beginning of the relationship that no one can change any of the data points/ parameter without discussion with powerlaw.


We control the strategy and we control the outcome.... the categories that are given to us are our responsibility.
