First solve the core business or the intent, before focusing on the technological that you can create.

Your customer hardly give a fuck about your IIT or DCE or Harvard degree. He/she is more interested in hid business.Period


I mean ... always .....always give priority to their business ambitions that they are trying to accomplish using your stuff..instead of this creation of yours.

No matter how many battles you will, your focus should be on the current battle with war in the mind.


Use power law, focus and solve the business problem first... everything else is peripheral from your customers point of view.

No answers are within your head.. so go and fucking talk your customer in the field.
He/she can tell you something in one line that you would otherwise figure out in months.

For learning sake.... talk to your customers, keep learning.
