breathing helps in maintaining a particular mindset

I have learnt that breathing help in maintaining a particular state of mind.

I will do experiments about the same. I am practicing my breathing technique from today onward.

I know that it helps in self control and will power amplification.

for a long period of time ... I was searching source of will power in the outside world...

I read books.... I watched so match videos and I tried to learn from so many people who seem to have made it big in their respective fields .......

But I have accept..... nothing in the outside world had a more powerful impact on my behavior and actions than my own experiment in breathing and meditation.


I am more than willing to do an experiment about the same.... but under current circumstances I can not do it.



I think I am right...... I am choosing to practice this from now....and If I will be successful in maintaining a mindset because of my breathing practice....... I will surely tell the world and help others learn from my own experiments.
