Thank you john paul dejoria
I was introduced to this concept of business of reorder.
The whole point of existence of a startup is to become a monopoly as soon as possible in the market that it created, before the incumbents realize what hit them.
The best war to become a monopoly is to get reorder from the customer. Everything that problem comes to their mind, your company should be the one that becomes the default solution.
customers become more of a partner in this conspiracy against incumbents. More often than not, people have had experience with the big guys and they were looking for a better solution.
You are the better solution.
"reorder will only happen if the customer/partner loves you and your service"
So , it becomes imperative on any startup to give unexpected amount of attention to your early customers ( b-2-b till 100 customers, b-2-c till 1 lack customers). By the time you will hit, these customers numbers, most of the problem would have been solved and you will have better understanding of what all this remain to be solved.
