everybody is dying to get new customers,but

My experience tells me that the new business comes from your old loyal customers sharing their experience with new customers and, in some cases, dragging them to your doorstep because your old customers love you.


I see a lot of platforms trying to pitch to businesses that they can provide new customers, but my contrarian thought is that the old customers are the gold mine that has to be milked to get new customers by providing the brilliant experience of product or services.


So, customer loyalty management will be a much bigger market in every verticle then customer discovery market.

Hence, I should look for customer loyalty markets and try to be a dominant player in them.
