Message to the wanderers - Wandering is the first step towards enlightenment - F_ck the world

Try to find what is meaningful for you, Fuck the world.

Venturing into the unknown is the most courageous and meaningful thing in life.

Don't be afraid - you are doing the best thing with your time.

You will only taste life if you live through all colors of the rainbow called Human emotions.

Satisfaction comes from meaningful pursuits.

It is never too late to start wandering for what gives you satisfaction.

Happiness is temporary, and satisfaction is permanent

I look for permanent solutions :)

Authenticity is Rare, Seeking Truth is the path

We are mimetic by nature - in human terms - we copy everyone around us :)

Having beliefs and standing by them in the face of adversity is rare and sexy.

The only thing that can change your mind should be Data.

In the face of contrary data, we should test our assumptions and mold our beliefs according to the current data.

You can not fight The TRUTH.

It takes multiple failures to realize that your worldview could be wrong.

It takes courage to accept that you are wrong.

Each layer of failure correction builds authenticity to your being because over time you will get closer to the truth.

Being as close to the truth as possible is the goal

Why don't you start your own D2C brand?

This is the most obvious question that our clients ask me while onboarding to our services. Once they are convinced that we know our shit about Amazon selling  - this is there first question --

Why don't you start your own D2C brand?

I have simple answers -

1) I love helping entrepreneurs - seeing them getting successful gives me strength and drive to help more
2) I have been a Seventh-time entrepreneur - I know how hard it is to start a business, any help one gets on the path of growth is extremely valuable

3) I love building systems - Most of the brands we work with are small (less than 30 Lakh per month revenue on Amazon), these people have brought to this level with blood, sweat, and tears but they have, usually, not build systems and standards for scaling up - we help them build systems.

4) Knowledge/software business - We are the best in the business, and we have built knowledge/software for growth - We keep learning new things and keep adding to our software kitty

5) Completely remote working - I get to control my time. Each member of my team experiences freedom.

6) Slow compounding/brand build - jo jitni jaldi bada hota hia , utni jaldi gir bhi jata hai - I want the halflife of my current business to be more than 100 years - Hence growing slowly makes more sense.

7) I have been profitable from day 1 in this business :)

Hope you liked my points Mr. brandowner :)

bedsheet le lo...... bedsheet le lo.....

I have a gift, I can help brands grow - use it wisely and make full use of your gift

We were coming out of a restaurant after having lunch. I saw man directly staring at me, with a smile on his face he politely smiled and said, " bedsheet le lo..... bedsheet le lo...".

He had a few packets of branded bedsheets in both of his hands. The first thought that came to my mind was that sales are really hard for this category of products - I don't know how, but someone must have strategized that targeting people at this restaurant after they have had a meal is a good time for conversion/sales of these semi-premium bedsheets.

Immediately, it struck me that I have a gift that is helping me sell products for the brands.

I do it sitting in an air-conditioned room, with a help of an army of people using strategies and software.... but deep down I know - I am no different than this guy - selling bedsheets on the street.

Sales is hard, but that is what keeps the light on. So embrace it, enjoy it, and dominate your sales ground.

I own it myself to extract the full potential of this gift.

I will.......

In order to get to 1 crore per month revenue, we need to create 10 customers doing 10 lakh per day in sales

The challenge is sexy :)

Certainty = Direction * hardwork

I began my journey of creating certainty by doing hard work alone. It was a hit/miss use case, largely a miss.

Over time I realized that hard work can be bought, scaled, and standardized with systems.

Direction is much harder to crack, and it has a higher impact on the result in the long run.

"A directionless Ferrari will have 0 displacement, I would rather want a driver on a pulsar bike- the odds of some displacement covered are higher in the latter."

The funny part is that you never know the accuracy of the direction with precision. You need to keep iterating on the direction part of the equation.

Every couple of months or a couple of years, your direction has to be updated as per the goal/result expectation. This is the core reason why it is hard to keep directional correctness over the long run- It is a moving target.

But it is vital that you get it right.... or at least somewhat right over time.

I have 15 people in my team, and in order to reach a goal I needed 50 people in the next six months - as per my previous directional understanding.

In the last couple of weeks, I update/refined my understanding of the problem which updated the process of reaching the goal. I would only need 20 people to reach the same goal.

10 lakh per month ke 10 customers bana rahe hai hum.... very simple strategy.

Whichever brand or team activity is not in alignment with this goal, we will remove it from the company over time.

Along with the growth of the company, I can see that my understanding of what brings results is changing over time.

Having learnt basic operations from High output management, I am more keep to learn and explore impact of directional correctness.

I can build a team of 20000 people and get to product output using High output management system.

Only if I am putting everyone's hardwork in the right direction.

I will screw it up big time if I am not careful about prioritizing my decision/direction. The least I can do is to be brutally honest with myself if I could see in the data that my direction is correctly impacting results.
