Powerlaw creates certainty

 Now, I know for sure

Certainty = Powerlaw(direction of the hard work)* Hardwork 

If you are working in the wrong direction, no amount of hard work can help you succeed. Be honest to yourself and find the right direction for the hard work.

In my deduction - brands need 3 things

Funds - certainty platform

Operational excellence  - powerlaw operational chops

Marketing - In the process ....getting built

If you have funds(certainty platform), the other two can be bought

Operational excellence and marketing chops.....  You will be a dangerous cocktail for the brand. They will love to give you equity 

Make it a 100+ revenue brand.

My success was the reason for my failure

 Why powerlaw sevices business could not become big?

I was so good at scaling companies revenue on amazon..that I would 10x or 100x their sales with few months ....then lala would start thinking that amount that he is paying to powerlaw for maintaining and growing the business/sales is too high.

Gradually, he would start planning my own demise from the company.

Now it will not happen

Youtube algo seem to be caring only about Click through rate + watch time

What if you optimize your content for these two variables 

• Click through rate - ratio of (impression shown by youtube/ number of click of that impression)
• one of my video has 10% click through rate
• Average watch time - number of seconds people are watching your content after clicking on the thumbnail
• for the current video...it is 30 seconds

My biggest weakness is now my biggest strength

My biggest weakness of not being able to read much in early life.... forced me to read a lot in my adulthood....which...I can use it now to share content and spread it with the world....... take the most important books and make content on them

the content of the book becomes your script....not everyone can copy because there are very few people who are interested so deeply in learning that they will spend hours/days/months solving and reading >>>>this is my unfair advantage

My learning from highoutput management

 only output matters

manager's output is the output of his team

the only way to create maximum output is by focusing on highest leverage task/activities

Na hona to tay hai,

No is the default option for everything in the world (inertia is too strong)

agar wo ho gaya tumhare efforts se

then you have created certainty out of this uncertain world

In the long run, people who generate certainty for others are rewarded most.
