The organization that I am building is an operation heavy machine. I have to train each of my members to my level of operational know-how. This will be a herculean task.

I was taught that training was the job of the Boss. The highest authority has to set aside some time for training each member up to the levels of performance demanded by the organization. 

Thanks to andy grove, I know how to take my organization in 180 countries with 100 partner in each country.

There will be challenges, there will be roadblocks, but at least I know that we are on the right track.
