if it is all about the set of habit I have

then I should use power law and select my habits carefully......what I want and what I don't.






Then once you are under control.... you can make the best decision on the basis of continuosly improving habit of yours.

What is death..... cessation of my habit forming ability....... thats the day I willl die.
