Paul graham said one thing that stuck with me..... it does not matter how big a market is.....you got to choose a very small set of customers and make them fall in love with you, make them pay you.....make them dependent on you..... the more number of people you touch ... the more valuable will be your company.

But it all begins with some small set of customers.

This is the biggest fallacy I had found in myself and every first time entrepreneur.

We always try to act big...... we should not.

we should dream big, but act small

.... so that we could course correct as quickly as possible and find the best possible solution to the problem we have taken in our hands.
