I have seen most of the community living under influence of delusional tendencies
They have never asked why they’re doing what they are doing
 Until and unless you ask fundamental questions about your behaviour you will not understand what I’m trying to tell you

I have been through this transformation now I believe less

we are in the business of figuring out need of other people and giving adequate solution to those needs as they change over period of time

For example
in my previous life I was selling software to clinics / hospitals.

They were not interested in my solution

they would tell me things like whatever solution I was offering them ,they could do or solve that problem via pen and pencil

in simple words they were trying to tell me that I was not solving a big need for them, but I did not understand this

Only now when I am in the business of selling b2c products that I understand people would shell money off the pocket only if they value or feel the need for the product

the more I am thinking about this thing ,.... the more this belief is getting stronger.... as I am getting more evidence that need drive society if somebody has a need for something it defines what is the amount of money they are ready to give for it

now I can tell you that my current product is a helmet that has bluetooth features and some LED lights at the back of the helmet....
When I interact with the customer I am told in clear terms that whatever I  have  created has this much value and I will not pay anything beyond this amount

so in my head I can easily map my product to a value that they perceive it to be and if my costing is more than their perceived value that they are putting on my product the business becomes a unsustainable

it's like I have started putting a filter on my thoughts the filter is of need

any thought I have any action I  want to take any product any meeting ......I have to know the value / need for that action for someone else

Hairstyle - a lesson in marketing

Contrary to whatever shape and look , I might be in today  I was smart looking in my teens.

I had many hairstyle during that period and I saw that within a few weeks other male students, who were not my friends ....heck I did not know their names , they would adopt the hairstyle.

In few days, I would get another hairstyle and the new hairstyle would start showing up on other students hairsyle.

I did not know the technical definition of this phenomenon , which I happen to know now - memesis, but I did observe that phenomenon.

Another instance ,

I saw other girls copying on hot girl, her clothes , her, talking style , her hairstyle......over period I grew confident that was something systemic

That people like to copy what they like in other socially dominant creatures. Period.

I kept this knowledge dormant, because of the last part of the previous sentence.

If you want other people to copy you....you need to be genuinely dominant in one field or pursuit or endeavor.

My observation

Contrary to my expectation, business people will only react to a stimulus when they picture it to be survival threat.


I had this expectation that business people would be proactive enough to jump on something new and exciting that might have some gains in future. But, my experience showed that business people already have so much to deal with in their life that it becomes hard for them to focus on anything else until it challenges their survival.


So, if you want to get work done by a business prove him that what you are suggesting is going to destroy him/her if they will not act on your suggestions.

Observe the accommodation of the most common artificer or daylabourer in a civilized and thriving country, and you will perceive that the number of people, of whose industry a part, though but a small part, has been employed in procuring him this accommodation, exceeds all computation. The woollen coat, for example, which covers the day-labourer, as coarse and rough as it may appear, is the produce of the joint labour of a great multitude of workmen. The shepherd, the sorter of the wool, the wool-comber or carder, the dyer, the scribbler, the spinner, the weaver, the fuller, the dresser, with many others, must all join their different arts in order to complete even this homely production. How many merchants and carriers, besides, must have been employed in transporting the materials from some of those workmen to others who often live in a very distant part of the country? How much commerce and navigation in particular, how many ship-builders, sailors, sail-makers, rope-makers, must have been employed in order to bring together the different drugs made use of by the dyer, which often come from the remotest corners of the world?
