No company can get big, if it has not found at least one strong method for getting distribution. Don’t try to come up with many distribution channels, get the one which is working and scale it up.

Humans follow powerlaw distribution in their action , contrary to perfect rational being they get influenced by all sorts of reasons/actions of other people in real world.

So just conquer one distribution channel and grow as fast as possible. 

The world will bend itself to accomodate you.

If I have certainty - there is no hesitation and self doubt about my action

I did get into a government college.

By the time I got in the college, I had already understood the futility of being there. But, the important thing was - that my certainty paid off.

How did I miss the obviousness of this thinking process.

Fear comes from uncertainty, wherever there is certainty - there is no fear.

My whole goal should be to create certainty. Everything else will follow from there. I don’t have to make everyone understand what I am doing. Only those people who will be working with me have to understand and execute, so that I could manifest the certainty in real life.

Once you understand this simple statement - you will know when to be aggressive and when to be calm.

I did many things for my customer , made a lot of ad campaigns , did a lot of tracking, suggested him products, kept track of a lot of variables of business, helped him in improving habit , helped him in hiring as well.

Everytime some money transaction takes place you could record and see the value just like those casinos screens. A bright light glows with number on top of it and a loud sound chhiiiichhiinnnnngggg!!!

If you could do it for a year of so and had a computer powerful enough to make those patterns -

You will see that society is has features of a board game where people do things for others and get token in return. This token is utilised for exchanging stuff in physical world.

What if I start observing society in this manner. I think over period my intuition about which activity will lead to exchange of maximum tokens will improve.

I should particularly observe entities who are able to exchange with a lot of entities, they will be accumulate a lot of tokens in the long run.

Marketing comes in picture only after having product-marking fit.

I am working with clients who do not have product market fit and everyday they are burning money.

If I would get everything in life, but not get to live my dream - I would consider it a waste.

I love what I do for multiple reasons.

It has been the biggest reason for my failres in all my past ventures.
I realised that me not reaching people with my message let to them not knowing, led to them not buying my shit, hence failure.

A couple of months back, I was fortunate to be part of shashank agarwal team ( my friend from college). I chose to work in marketing related thing. I did not ask, I just knew that it must be solved.
I was able to get 50% more customers within 2 months of trying.

Suddenly, I realised that I have a gift. Due to my depression phase in late teens, I had been reading a lot of psychology and neuroscience and behavioral economics.

Along with it, my habit of not letting things go easily. If I have begun the journey, I need to go to the end of it which in businees means knowning how to make money and then actually making money.
I was having a simple discussion with my friend and my brain deeply connect multiple abstractions to give a real answers for the biggest question of my life, till then.
 When people give money to you?
What are the conditions in which people are comfortable paying you happily?
the answers is simple - People pay for Utility.

Plus, being engineer my brain loved models and finding meaning.

Finally, my dream to do something big.

Now, I can talk about current scenario - I have got 10 international customers, all of the are paying me because I am helping them make money through my understanding of marketing.

In business, getting your first few customers to pay is the hardest thing in the busines cycle. But, to be honest - it has been a breeze in comparison to my past experiences.

0-10 - the hardest, normaly - has been the easiest for me
10 - 1 billion - let us see .... yet to experience


I believe I should keep doing what  I am doing and keep building my team for having bigger impact on humanity till the time I could say with data that my team impacts every life on the planet by being present in thier life through the super computer in their pocket.

That is the mission- I dont now the timeline for it.
I think if work strategically, I could do it by 31st 2020 ( don’t know, but that is the journey)
