Imagination and reality

In one of the early books  that I had read on psychology, the author had spent a great deal of time explaining that there is hardly any difference between you visualizing aka imagining stuff and you actually doing it in the real world.

From your brain's perspective you are using same neurons in both cases.

To give a concrete example- if you are thinking about drinking a hot coffee, in a white cup, with your right hand, in a beautiful restaurant, with amazing friends........ and when you will actually do this in physical world - there is no way for your brain to separate between the two cases.

That is how we are wired.

This is amazing..... I will discuss about its consequences.
(I would need some more data from psychology department to corroborate what I am saying)

Keep Practicing
