Nothing external motivates me to do anything

I have observed that I am not motivated to do anything until and unless it comes from within.
Nothing external instigates me to achieve anything. I have worked hard in the past, I have worked for 20 hours or more in a single day, a few times. Now when I look back and try to understand how I was able to do that amount to work, I have a simple answer- It was intrinsically driven.

I spent seven years of my life, doing essentially nothing except reading gazzillion books because I had some serious questions and I wanted answers at any cost.

Now those questions have been answered and hence my intensity of work has gradually come down.

But, having tasted blood once I am willing to live like I was living for those seven years- Totally immersed.

I know how to do it, I have to find a powerful question that would shake me from my comfort zone. I need a deep question that simply takes over my mind and I could prioritize it on top of everything else in my life.

I will soon find it - I know ,I will.

I can promise that by the time I will read this article after a few years, I would have found the question and would have worked my ass off.

I a prompted to extrapolate this conclusion that if you want to get the best work done from anyone, you should help them find the most meaningful question to their existence. And working hard in the physical world will just be a search to find the answer to your personal quest.

The harder one would work the more he/she will find about the question and its multiple layers of abstraction ,and after a few years one would find the core of the question - which would be the closest thing to the event of actually finding the answer.

I have to experiment it on myself and generate enough evidence before I could conclusively make a judgement.

Power-law help me find the question....

Candidates-
Can I apply power-law in almost all things in my life....?

Would add more questions.

Keep Smiling
